My name is Gurpreet Sandhu, but most people know me as Garry, a name that’s easy to remember and communicate.

I moved to Sarnia, Ontario, in 2016 to complete my postgraduate studies at Lambton College, and since then, Sarnia has truly become my home. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with the local community in different roles.

I have worked at Burger King and Domino’s, where I handled food preparation and deliveries across the city, and later at Bayview Chrysler Sarnia as a car salesman. These experiences helped me connect with people across Sarnia and nearby areas while building strong local relationships.

Teaching driving has always come naturally to me. I’ve spent years helping friends and family improve their driving skills by focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.

Since 2023, I have worked with established driving schools and have successfully trained over 500+ students, helping them become safer and more confident drivers.

We help students find available road test dates quickly, making the booking process simple, stress-free, and convenient whenever test slots are available.
We offer driving lessons seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We work with your schedule to accommodate lesson times that are convenient for you, including weekdays and weekends.
We offer online Beginner Driver Education (BDE) curriculum training that you can complete from home. We don’t provide in-class training. Our programs are budget-friendly and designed for students in Sarnia.

Is Bluewater Driving School approved by the Ministry of Transportation?
Yes, Bluewater Driving School is officially approved by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO). Our Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course follows all government rules and standards.
You can begin Driver’s Education immediately after receiving your G1 licence. Starting early helps build safe driving habits and prepares you better for your G2 road test.
Yes, all our in-car driving lessons are one-on-one. You will not share the car with any other students during your driving session.
Yes, we provide convenient pickup and drop-off services for driving lessons within our service areas, making learning easy and stress-free.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please inform us in advance. We will help reschedule your lesson based on availability.
Ten hours of in-car training provides a strong foundation, but additional practice may be recommended depending on your confidence, experience, and driving skills.
After successfully completing the BDE program, your certification is registered with the Ministry of Transportation. Your insurance provider can verify it directly.
Most insurance companies offer discounts to drivers who complete an MTO-approved BDE course. The discount amount depends on your insurance provider.
